Deaf Scene
Surprise! Join us for Deaf Scene's "Chimera" album release party. Don't miss Annapolis darlings, Mountainwolf, and their heavy electric groove; it's your last chance this summer to catch Mountainwolf's mind-bending live rock show. Gingerwolf's "Hawaiian Space-Jazz" will get the party started. Virtual reality all night by Haymaker Media, and the first 100 ticket buyers receive a USB of unreleased songs and video featuring each band.

********************************************************************
Deaf Scene, the ever-evolving instrumental power-trio has consciously embraced walking a musical road-less-traveled since their inception in 2010. Along the way they have cultivated a dedicated following with their sonically-expansive live performances and their solid studio work. Straddling a gray area between the progressive cacophonies of Tool, ethereal soundscapes of Explosions in the Sky, and the sludgy twinge of Primus, Deaf Scene has forged a sound that is uniquely their own. The band works together beautifully through seamless sets of original songs, intersected by ambient samples and drones, generating “a sound that you would never imagine could come from three dudes” (89.7 WTMD).
Mountainwolf
Mountainwolf
Electric groove rock trio, Mountainwolf, formed in Annapolis, Maryland in early 2012 and released their debut album "The Silk Road" in 2015. With record sales all over the world, live performances on tv, and guest online performances for newspapers, Mountainwolf is currently recording their sophomore album, "Absinthe Moon".
With a live show that includes their heavy yet infectious grooves and stream of consciousness approach to improv jams, Mountainwolf continues to grow and is working towards the beginning steps of their next album. The record will be released in early 2018 and is being recorded at the headquarters of the world-renowned mystic, Edgar Cayce, in Virginia Beach.
Gingerwolf
Gingerwolf
Gingerwolf's instrumental lullabies have been described as "Hawaiian Space-Jazz", picture Santo and Johnny at a pool party on the moon with Radiohead.

He has recorded everything from vocals to bass, steel, electric, and acoustic guitar for Mend the Hollow (Jimi HaHa of Jimmie's Chicken Shack) as well as nationally touring acts such as Skribe, Sun Club, Swampcandy, and Heather Lloyd of ilyAIMY.

His debut album, "In Pizza We Crust", released in December 2015, comes in 5x5" pizza boxes and features 8 instrumentals of varied styles. Since its release, Gingerwolf has spent much of his time touring the east coast and recording the sophomore full-length, "Watercolor Conversation" to be released in 2017.
