Company of Thieves
Company of Thieves
The past few years have been busy and for Chicago-based Company of Thieves. The band's first record, Ordinary Riches, released in 2009 by Wind-up Records debuted at #5 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart. The band has been touring nonstop, hitting the road with groups like Annuals, OK Go, and The Hold Steady, and along the way played Lollapalooza, Last Call With Carson Daly, and Live From Daryl's House. In 2011 they released their sophomore effort, Running From A Gamble.

Their long list of musical influences include The Beatles, Radiohead, Wilco, Neil Young, Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Arcade Fire, Jon Brion, Fiona Apple, Flaming Lips, Broken Social Scene, Elliott Smith, Beck, The Roots, Lauren Hill, Jeff Buckley, Pixies, Van Morrison, and Spoon to name a few!
von Grey
von Grey
With their soulful four-part harmonies, poetic lyrics and indelible melodies, it's easy to see why the Atlanta Journal Constitution would hail von Grey as "nothing short of stunning." They sound like they were born to play together – and, in fact, they were. The four sisters have been playing music nearly their entire lives. Classically trained from an early age, the Atlanta-based quartet – Kathryn, Annika, Fiona and Petra von Grey – have built on that foundation by performing upwards of 200 shows in the past two years, from recurring residency tours at intimate venues throughout the southeastern U.S. to supporting gigs with such artists as Sarah McLachlan.
