Due to government mandates surrounding COVID-19, our music venue is currently closed, however we are continuing to reschedule most shows from March 17 – July 31st. As soon as we have more information, all ticket holders will be notified directly via email with more information.

Our Box Office is now open with limited hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am – 2pm. Please email if you have a show specific question, or call (410) 268-4545 during our box office operational hours stated above. Please expect longer response times.

Please be assured that when we can reopen we will be closely following the mandates set by the state which will most likely include temporarily reducing our capacity and making sure everyone is appropriately distanced.

Q:  Are your Shows 21+?
A: Yes, all of our evening shows are 21+.  However all of our matinee shows are all ages. Please check the specific show to confirm age restrictions. For a list of matinee shows, type “matinee” in the search bar on our home page.

Q:  How do I purchase tickets to an upcoming show?
1) Create an Eventbrite account at For a step-by-step guide click HERE.
2) Familiarize yourself with our seating chart
3) Set your alarm! Tickets go on sale EVERY Tuesday at noon
4) Log in to your account before on sale. (If you originally purchased your tickets via Ticketfly, please call our box office at 410-268-4545).
5) At 12 PM, click the ‘Tickets’ button on for your favorite upcoming show
6) If you’d like to select your seats, click ‘Buy On Map’ on the lower right hand side of the ticketing page and complete your purchase
7) On show day, print your tickets at home OR have the PDF that was attached to your confirmation email open on your phone for quick entry to the venue

Q:  What if I misplaced my tickets or i can’t find my Eventbrite confirmation email?
A: Our Box Office can help you! Just give us a call at (410) 268-4545.

Q:  I purchased tickets and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final. Rams Head does not offer refunds. Refunds are ONLY available for cancelled shows. Please call us if you have any questions (410) 268-4545.

Q:  Do you offer ADA seating?
A: Yes! The blue seats on our seating chart meet ADA requirements. For more info, please call our box office at (410) 268-4545.

Q:  I bought tickets through other, secondary market sources (ie., “scalpers” online or in person) – are my tickets legit?
A: Rams Head does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources.  Our Box Offices can not resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets or bogus tickets.   Tickets for all of our shows are sold through Eventbrite, via our website, or in person at the Box Office at 33 West Street in Annapolis. Tickets are sometimes available through fan club sites as pre-sales or special VIP packages. Rams Head has the right to cancel ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.

Q: Is your facility General Admission?
A:  No. All performances are Reserved Seating.  Advanced ticket purchase is recommended.

Q:  Can we purchase food & beverage service during the show?
A:  Yes! You will have a server assigned to your table who will take your food & drink order and deliver it to your table. We offer a full bar and plenty of food options on our Rams Head On Stage menu. Or, if you have time to dine with us prior to the show, partake in our unique and free Premium On Stage Experience.

Q:  Can we smoke inside?
A:  No; Maryland Law prohibits smoking inside any establishment.

Q: What Is The Premium On Stage Experience?
A:  After choosing the concert of your choice, consider joining us for the free Premium On Stage Experience to complement your evening.  To take advantage of the Premium On Stage Experience, simply call 410-268-4545 to make your dinner reservation.  Tell our helpful staff that you are attending the concert that evening and you will automatically enjoy:

  • 10% off your meal at Rams Head Tavern before or after the show
  • Your concert tickets will be delivered to your table at dinner
  • Our wait staff will personally escort you to your seats in the On Stage room
  • Discounted Parking at Gott’s Court Garage located at 25 Calvert Street
  • Complimentary mug of Fordham beer, OR $2 off another beverage of your choice after the show in the Tavern

Remember, if time does not allow you to participate in the Premium On Stage Experience, we also have a menu in the On Stage room so you can enjoy dinner right at your table during the show.
