Linwood Taylor Band & Phil Gates Band

LINWOOD TAYLOR hails from Washington DC and live awhile here in Pennsylvania. He is a multiple “Best Blues Band” winner of the WAMMIES- Washington Area Music Awards. A fixture in the mid-Atlantic scene, from time to time Linwood and his trio tour Europe as well.

Chicago born Recording Artist PHIL GATES is an award winning American Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Soul and Funk Artist. Phil has played venues from small clubs, to the halftime show of the NFL Super Bowl. Phil also tours under his own name in the U.S. and Europe. Phil won the “Beale Street Blues Kings” Competition in Memphis, TN and competed in the Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge (IBC) after winning in Southern California. He has twice been a judge the IBC, and the Guitar Center “King of the Blues” competitions in Hollywood, CA. Phil also founded the Los Angeles Blues Society.
